Job Description

  • Provide all service-related support (system installation, preventive maintenance, complex troubleshooting and repair break fix)
  • Provide application related expertise to analyze production impacts and to ensure a high utilization of a customer test cell
  • Develop characterization and production test programs to solve customers test problems; collect data and analyze problems.
  • Create and implement support plan in conjunction with cross functional groups, including customers maintenance team, to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance cost.
  • Work with customers to understand and improve test processes.
  • Act as the liaison between factory and customer.
  • Provide formal and on-the-job training to customers.
  • Escalate service problem and takes ownership of problem until it is resolved.
  • Represent the organization as the primary customer contact and function as key customers and departmental leadership role
  • Lead and mentor other engineers
