Customer Operations Executive

Location : Malda (WB)

Key Responsibilities

Process new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Handle policy issuance, data entry, and system updates accurately.
Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams for smooth workflow.
Respond to customer queries related to policy status, documentation, and operational issues.
Maintain and organize insurance records and reports.
Assist in claim intimation and documentation when required.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers for pending documents or information.
Work with insurers and partners to resolve operational discrepancies.
