As a part of Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (YCS), a global hospitality technology provider, your role will involve: - New customer onboarding - Understanding and resolving client issues promptly via Live Chat, Email, Phone, and Remote software - Being self-motivated and a team player - Adhering to policies and procedures while working with clients and providing necessary information - Collaborating with team members for knowledge transfer, procedures, and standards - Maintaining accurate records of daily communications and resolved issues To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Local language - Good computer knowledge - Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team - Excellent attendance, punctuality, and customer service skills - A laptop with a stable Internet Connection and a Mobile Handset to operate the company number - Preferably awareness of the Hospitality Industry.,
