Key Responsibilities:
· Manage customer retention programs, loyalty campaigns and engagement activities.
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
· Address customer feedback, ensure timely resolutions and enhance customer satisfaction scores.
· Drive brand recall and repeat customer business.
· Work closely with Marketing & Sales Team for customer engagement strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication & people skills.
· Customer-centric approach & problem-solving mindset.
· Exposure to CRM tools would be an added advantage.
