Job Description

A Customer Loyalty Coordinator is responsible for managing and developing customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Key duties include overseeing loyalty program performance, collaborating with marketing and customer service teams to implement targeted campaigns, analyzing customer data and behavior to improve loyalty initiatives, and managing communication with customers about loyalty benefits. They work closely with various departments and external vendors to ensure the success of the programs, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), handle customer issues related to loyalty programs, and contribute to training staff on loyalty program specifics. This role requires strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, often requiring experience with CRM software, marketing strategies, and project management. The ultimate goal is to maintain sustainable and profitable customer relationships through innovative loyalty solutions and excellent customer experience management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,510.59 - ₹25,041.25 per month
