Customer Happiness Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat in choosing the right gift or planning a surprise.

• Understand their needs and recommend the best products or experiences from our catalogue.

• Ensure timely coordination and updates with customers throughout the gifting process.

• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional tone in all communications.

• Collaborate with the operations and product team to ensure smooth execution of orders and events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Friendly, empathetic, and great at conversations.

• Passion for helping people and making their moments memorable.

• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

• Prior experience in customer service is a bonus, but not mandatory.
