Job Overview: We’re looking for a Customer Happiness Executive to join our team and be the friendly voice that helps our customers pick the perfect gift and plan unforgettable surprises. This role isn’t about cold calling or hard selling — it’s about talking to people like a friend, understanding what they’re looking for, and helping them make special moments even more special. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat in choosing the right gift or planning a surprise. Understand their needs and recommend the best products or experiences from our catalogue. Ensure timely coordination and updates with customers throughout the gifting process. Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional tone in all communications. Collaborate with the operations and product team to ensure smooth execution of orders and events.
