With 16 offline locations and a fast-growing online store, we’re now hiring a Growth & Marketing Manager to scale our customer base aggressively while creating a strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition
Drive 9,600 offline walk-ins/month across 16 locations (20/day/store).
Generate 600+ online orders/month through digital campaigns.Marketing Execution
Plan & manage campaigns (Google, Meta, local influencer collabs).
Run hyperlocal offline activations (eye camps, RWAs, gyms, colleges, corporates).Build referral programs & loyalty schemes.Brand Building
Establish Lenstrack as the only name people trust for prescription lenses.
Own creative storytelling, social media, PR & events.Budget Ownership
Manage a ₹5L monthly budget across ads, offline activations, content, and branding.
Deliver measurable ROI from each channel.Analytics & Reporting
Track CAC, ROI, conversion rates, store-wise walk-ins.Provide weekly growth dashboards to management.

9600+ offline customers/month.600+ online orders/month.CAC ≤ ₹400/order.30% increase in branded search (“Lenstrack near me”) within 6 months.25% repeat customers within 6 months.

Who You Are

2–4 years in growth/marketing for retail, D2C, FMCG, or optical/healthcare.Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, WhatsApp automation, influencer marketing.Street-smart → can run a Facebook campaign one day and organize a mall kiosk the next.Hungry, ambitious, execution-focused.
