Customer Financial Services Team Leader

You will be responsible for supporting the manager by overseeing the day-to-day coordination of team activities in the areas of Ship to Collect (STC), GCI, Credit & Collections, Disputes, Cash Applications, and Billing. Your key role will involve ensuring that processes and procedures are executed promptly and consistently, aligning team activities with company goals and regulatory requirements. Your role will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills, strong numerical skills, leadership abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
