Customer Feedback & Experience Executive

As a Customer Feedback & Experience Executive at Frido, you will be an integral part of our Customer Experience Team, dedicated to enhancing daily living through innovative, ergonomic solutions. Your role will involve connecting with customers post-purchase to gather authentic feedback, track sentiment, and provide valuable insights that directly impact product development and user experience. Your responsibilities will include managing customer communication across platforms, maintaining detailed logs of outreach, and collaborating with internal teams to share key insights and identify areas for improvement. Your excellent communication skills, customer-centric mindset, and analytical thinking will be key in supporting continuous improvement initiatives through structured reporting and feedback analysis. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in customer interaction, outbound calling, or support roles, along with strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Experience in a D2C, e-commerce, or product-based company, exposure to lifestyle, wellness, or consumer product categories, and a Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field are preferred qualifications.
