As the Customer Experience Training Manager for the West Region at Kia India, your role involves developing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance customer experience at dealership touchpoints. You will collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to align training initiatives with Kias brand values and customer service standards. Analyzing feedback and metrics will be crucial to identify training needs and areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training programs to improve customer service skills among dealership staff. - Create engaging training materials like manuals, presentations, and digital resources. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both new and existing employees. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making necessary adjustments. - Collaborate with dealerships to understand customer feedback and tailor training initiatives accordingly. - Stay updated on Kias products, services, and industry trends for relevant training content. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement in customer service within the West Region. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with diverse audiences. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple training programs. - Analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies.
