Customer Experience Manager - Retail Education Loan

Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Manager in the Retail Education Loan division, your primary responsibility will be to utilize leads from the call center and empanelled consultants to attract potential students interested in pursuing higher education. You will be required to meet with clients, present the available loan products, address any inquiries they may have, and assist in completing the necessary documentation. Achieving the designated revenue target is a key objective of this role.
