Customer Experience Executive – E-Commerce (Italian Vega®)
Italian Vega® is hiring 2–3 Customer Support Executives for a blended e-commerce process (Voice, Chat & Email). Location: Ghaziabad–Noida (Hybrid) | 6 days working (Sunday off) | 9-hour shift with 1-hour break. Candidates must have minimum 1 year experience in customer support/e-commerce, be graduates (any stream), and possess good English & Hindi communication skills. Responsibilities include handling order queries, delivery updates, returns/exchanges/refunds, coordinating with logistics, updating CRM, and ensuring customer satisfaction as per brand SOPs. Experience with D2C, fashion brands, Shopify or courier tools is a plus. Salary: As per interview | Interview rounds: 3.
