We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive for our Direct-to-Home (D2H) service process. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our D2H customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls, chats, and emails related to D2H services.

Assist customers with service activations, recharges, package upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and ensure closure.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in telugu.

Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions efficiently.

Basic computer literacy and knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.

Previous experience in a call center or DTH service industry is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Patience and empathy while dealing with customer concerns.

Adaptability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
