About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual to help build and showcase our brand through customer reviews and testimonials. This person will engage with customers post-purchase, collect their feedback in various formats, and transform it into compelling content for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to customers after every sale to collect feedback, reviews, and testimonials.

• Incentivize customers to share their experiences, ensuring high participation.

• Process, curate, and present reviews in a professional, brand-aligned format.

• Create engaging content from reviews for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), website, and other marketing channels.

• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to integrate testimonials into broader campaigns.

• Maintain and organize a library of customer reviews and success stories.

• Act as the voice of the customer internally, highlighting trends, praise, and improvement areas.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic design or content editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) for presenting reviews.

• Social media savvy with knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and web platforms.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple customer interactions.

• Previous experience in customer success, marketing, or brand management is a plus.
