About the Role

In this role, you'll connect with customers post-purchase, gather and curate their feedback, and transform those experiences into impactful content that strengthens our brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers after every sale to collect feedback, reviews, and testimonials.
• Encourage and incentivize customers to share their experiences.
• Curate and present reviews in a polished, brand-aligned format.
• Create engaging content from customer feedback for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), website, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to integrate testimonials into campaigns.
• Maintain an organized library of customer reviews and success stories.
• Act as the

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in customer success, marketing, or brand/content roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic design/content editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).
• Social media savvy familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
