In this role, you will be responsible for managing and addressing queries from our esteemed clientele of doctors within the insurance sector. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries promptly, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Handle insurance-related queries from doctors via phone/email. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Generating Leads through references. Build strong relationships through responsive and personalized support. Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution and process improvements.
