Role Overview: As a Product Manager in the Customer Experiences Apps and AI team in the Webex Customer Experience organization, you will play a key role in shaping the future of customer experience by delivering intelligent, intuitive, and efficient experiences for agents, supervisors, operators, and analysts. Your primary focus will be to harness the power of AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and deliver actionable insights that enhance both day-to-day efficiency and long-term effectiveness. You'll help evolve how users interact with core contact center capabilities by improving workflows and embedding AI-driven recommendations, real-time adaptability, and automation into areas such as routing, scheduling, performance optimization, customer interaction, and employee engagement. Your work will directly empower teams to operate with greater agility and precision leading to higher customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with enterprise customers and partners to understand their pain points and enhance the Webex Contact Center offering. - Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and data-driven decision-making to guide product development. - Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. - Collaborate with design and engineering to build and launch high-quality products. - Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and growth. - Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch iterations. - Make our team better, make our customers successful.
