Job Description Job Title: Customer Executive (Field Sales) Department: Sales Reporting To: Area Sales Manager Location: Patiala , Jalandhar , Ludhiana Role Overview: The Customer Executive (Field Sales) will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributors, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory. The role involves working on the field, handling key retail outlets, distributors, and pre-sales teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies. Key Requirements: Age: Not more than 35 years Key Responsibilities: Sales & Market Expansion: Achieve sales targets and volume growth within the assigned territory Identify and develop new retail outlets and distributors to increase market reach Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers Distributor & Retailer Management: Ensure timely order placements and stock availability Monitor distributor performance and resolve issues effectively Work closely with retailers to ensure proper product visibility and availability Field Operations & Reporting: Conduct market visits daily to track sales performance and competitor activities Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager Implement and monitor sales promotional activities in the region Training & Team Coordination: Guide and support Pre-Sales Representatives (PSRs) in their daily tasks Conduct on-the-job training sessions to improve field execution Interested Candidates Share Your Resume : Shweta.dwivedi@rjcorp.in or 6284452434
