Job Title: Customer Executive cum Admission Counsellor

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Job Overview:

Vestor College is looking for a smart and enthusiastic Customer Executive cum Admission Counsellor to manage front-desk responsibilities and guide students through the admission process. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a student-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors professionally
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries related to admissions
• Explain courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and fees clearly and confidently
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions
• Follow up regularly with prospective students
• Support admission campaigns and orientation events
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and friendly

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate candidates preferred
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Good listening skills and a helpful attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
• Prior experience in counselling or customer service is a plus
• Confident, polite, and well-groomed personality
