Customer Excellence Executive (Night shift)

As a Customer Excellence Executive at 30 Sundays, your role involves handling real-time on-trip queries from customers and managing escalations efficiently to ensure timely resolutions. You will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues, providing immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions, and maintaining clear and timely communication with customers to ensure a seamless travel experience. Additionally, you will document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement and work closely with the day shift team to ensure smooth handovers. Your qualifications for this role include having 1-3 years of experience in customer service, travel operations, or a related field. You should possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Familiarity with travel bookings, reservations, and emergency handling is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and make quick judgments.
