Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION 1.      Customer Engagement – Plan and execute engagement initiatives in the store catchment areas particularly at Societies (Anchor Apartments) for        FO conversion along with customer retention and satisfaction. 2.      Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors and customer preferences 3.      Monitor and execute campaigns based on timelines & deliverables smooth execution 4.      Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure seamless post sales experience 5.      Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations etc) to resolve customer queries quickly 6.      Collect insights from customers and share feedback for service improvements 7.      Achieve Engagement & Retention targets as defined by the company 8.      Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree preferably Business Administration, sales & marketing or related experience 1-2 years experience in sales & marketing, Client Service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and a passion for sales & marketing and customer service
