Job Description

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the education sector to promote Educrib's products and services. Your primary focus will be on generating new leads and converting them into sales opportunities through persuasive communication. Additionally, you will need to follow up with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services. It is crucial to utilize CRM software to track calls, update client information, and analyze sales performance. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent performance is a key expectation. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve business objectives and share best practices will be essential. - Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote Educrib's products and services - Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities - Follow up with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services - Utilize CRM software to track calls, update client information, and analyze sales performance - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and share best practices - Graduate degree preferred - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tele calling/telemarketing, preferably in the education or career industry - Proficiency in English and Malayalam,
