Role Overview: As a Customer Enablement & Success Associate at Numerize.ai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with our AI-driven financial management platform. Your main responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, assisting with product adoption, identifying areas where customers may need help, collaborating with internal teams for improvements, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience with Numerize. - Assist customers through the onboarding process and support them in adopting the product. - Proactively identify customer needs and provide necessary assistance. - Collaborate with internal teams to suggest enhancements based on customer feedback. - Focus on maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Required: - Recent graduate or minimum of 1 year experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, support, or consulting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clear, confident, and empathetic approach. - Ability to think quickly, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to new tools. - Passion for customer success and dedication to helping customers achieve their goals. - Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with rapid changes and fast-paced operations.
