Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Delivery Manager - Design at Livspace, you will be responsible for managing the designing of 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. Your role will involve overseeing design productivity, providing necessary training, and engaging in design discussions to ensure high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: - Manage designing projects for residential interiors. - Supervise and enhance the productivity and work output of a team of designers. - Focus on customer experience and relationship management, aiming for high ratings on design Net Promoter Surveys. - Provide technical training to designers as needed. - Lead and manage design discussions to ensure alignment and excellence in project outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in B.Arch or B.Interior Design. - Master's degree or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management. - Minimum of 3 years" experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager. - Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering a minimum of 10 residential/interior projects from start to finish.,
