Job Description

As a Customer Delivery Manager - Design, you will be responsible for managing the designing of projects on a monthly basis through a team of designers. Your role involves ensuring the productivity and work output of the team by providing necessary trainings and leading discussions on designs. You will manage the designing of 12 to 15 projects every month and oversee the work output of a team consisting of 6 to 10 designers. One of your key responsibilities will be to drive customer experience and maintain relationships with clients. You will be required to ensure a positive output on design Net Promoter Surveys, which reflect customer ratings. Additionally, you will be responsible for training designers on technical details and managing or leading design discussions. To excel in this role, you should possess a B.Arch or B.Interior Design degree, with a specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager is required. You should have a proven track record of leading and delivering at least 10 Residential/Interior projects, demonstrating end-to-end project management skills.,
