Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Contact Comms Associate Messaging at Accenture, your role will involve providing support for voice/email/messaging customer contacts. You will be responsible for resolving customer problems, issues, requests, and queries while ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents. Your tasks will include recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests based on the defined scope of support. Additionally, you will manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible for non-voice interactions like email, web, and chat. Key Responsibilities: - Support voice/email/messaging customer contacts - Provide support for resolution of customer problems, issues, requests, and queries - Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents - Perform assigned skill sets and corresponding activities efficiently - Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, or assign incidents and service requests based on defined scope of support - Manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations for non-voice interactions - Coordinate with the escalation path, which may include internal Accenture or the client - Provide customers with a positive call experience by exhibiting positive call conversation behaviors and etiquette - Promote and maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and work attitude - Enhance positive relationships for clients/customers/Accenture through excellent performance of accountabilities Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 1 to 3 years of experience Additional Details: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
