Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with policyholders for renewals, revivals, and premium collections.
  • Conduct field/WhatsApp interactions to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and retention opportunities.
  • Support walk-in customers with policy servicing and surrender retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and achieve collection & retention targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication in English & regional language.
  • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Age: 2030 years.
