Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively and professionally.
  • Coordinate between sales, service, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and work on initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for service reminders, renewals, and feedback.
  • Support showroom events, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and service performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
