Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Manager (CCM) to join our growing team at Kataria Automobiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth service delivery, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication
• Coordinate with service, workshop, and sales teams for seamless operations
