Customer Care Fresher

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and generating sales leads. Your primary focus will be to identify and assess customers" needs in order to achieve satisfaction. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication will also be a key aspect of your role. You will need to provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, while also keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents. This position is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
