Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken female candidate to manage our customer care support. The role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Resolve queries and provide product/service information
  • Maintain a professional and positive tone in all interactions
  • Follow up with customers when necessary

Requirements:

  • Good spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
