Position Overview:As a Customer Support Representative for the Voice Process, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service through a combination of phone, email, and chat support. Your role will involve addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Multichannel Support: Respond to member inquiries and requests through phone, email, and chat channels.Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve member issues and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with members to gather feedback, promote new services, and encourage participation Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and feedback.Update with relevant information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and resolve issues.Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on interactions.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to customer support standards and guidelines.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in a voice process environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer interactions.Proficiency in using CRM software.
