Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, located in at Sector V, Kolkata. The Customer Care Executive will handle daily customer and vendor inquiries, resolve issues, ensure customer and vendor satisfaction, and provide exceptional support over phone and chat.
