Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Customer Support (70%):

Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, social media DMs, and phone calls.
Handle post-order support including order tracking, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
Maintain and update customer interaction records using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve logistics or order issues.
Collect and share customer feedback with the team for continuous improvement.

Admin & Operations Support (30%):

Manage daily order reports.
Assist in documentation, invoicing, and other basic finance tasks.
Liaise with third-party services (couriers, logistics, vendors) for smooth operations.
Support in internal coordination with marketing/design/ops teams as needed.
Take ownership of basic office admin (if in a physical office) including stationery, courier dispatches, etc.

Skills & Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in customer service/admin (e-commerce experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language is a plus).
Empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office; knowledge of Shopify, Freshdesk, or similar tools is a bonus.
Highly organized, responsive, and self-motivated.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
