About the Role

Customer Executive


Responsibilities
  • Handle

    inbound customer calls

    and respond to travel-related enquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about travel services, visa assistance, group tours, and packages.
  • Convince and convert leads

    into confirmed bookings.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain call records, enquiry follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team with

    problem-solving

    and quick resolution of customer issues.


Requirements
  • Minimum

    1–2 years experience

    in customer service / call center / sales.
  • Strong skills in

    convincing, upselling, and customer handling

    .
  • Good

    problem-solving attitude

    and ability to handle pressure.
  • Must be fluent in

    English and Telugu

    (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be willing to work from our office at

    Saligramam, Chennai

    .
