Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints within TAT
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/system
  • Provide product/service information to customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards
  • Follow company processes, policies, and scripts where required
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, CSAT, AHT, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional as needed)
  • Good listening and problem-solving ability
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge & typing skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
