Role & responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints within TAT Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/system Provide product/service information to customers Coordinate with internal teams for escalations Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards Follow company processes, policies, and scripts where required Meet performance metrics such as response time, CSAT, AHT, etc. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional as needed) Good listening and problem-solving ability Customer-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge & typing skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask
