Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, located in Patna. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer records, and assisting with sales processes. The role also involves communicating effectively with clients to provide accurate information and support.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales skills and experience in supporting sales efforts
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach
