Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Assist users with account-related queries, transactions, app navigation, and general support.
  • Resolve issues related to payments, onboarding, KYC, refunds, and other financial services.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on how to use our services securely and effectively.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.25 per month
