We are looking for confident, dedicated, and highly communicative Customer Service Agents to join our growing team. This role involves handling inbound calls for a U.S.-based logistics company, assisting customers with shipment inquiries, providing updates, resolving basic issues, and supporting sales and service teams.

As part of our outsourcing team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and professional communication with clients across the U.S. logistics and transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls related to freight shipments, order status, and service inquiries

Provide accurate and timely information regarding logistics services

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch, tracking, and issue resolution

Maintain a professional tone and high-quality customer experience on every call

Log call details and update systems (CRM, TMS) as needed

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Confident and customer-focused approach

Ability to handle calls professionally and calmly under pressure

Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours

Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or logistics is a plus

Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
