Job Title: Customer Service Agent Inbound Calls (Work from office-Night Shift | U.S. Logistics Process) Company: PS Epicure Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with U.S. Time Zones) Job Description: We are looking for confident, dedicated, and highly communicative Customer Service Agents to join our growing team. This role involves handling inbound calls for a U.S.-based logistics company, assisting customers with shipment inquiries, providing updates, resolving basic issues, and supporting sales and service teams. As part of our outsourcing team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and professional communication with clients across the U.S. logistics and transportation sector.
