Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, accounts, etc.) to address customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing customer feedback to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
