Preferred candidate profile Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred.
