We are seeking dedicated and articulate Customer Care Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle inquiries effectively. ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls, emails and chats queries professionally and promptly.Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. QualificationsProven experience in a customer service role preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, empathetic demeanor.Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Basic typing proficiency in both Hindi and English Location: Express Corporate Park, Corporate Office, Film City, Sector 16A, Noida, Uttar PradeshSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹19,000 per monthShift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Languages: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English/ Hindi/ Marathi/Telegu/Tamil/ Malayalam/Odia/Bengali/Kannada
