We are currently hiring for a government project for the Bihar Government, where you will play a key role in resolving public queries and ensuring a smooth user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media for astrology services, bookings, and account-related queries. Handle and resolve queries related to the Bihar Government project, ensuring accurate and timely support. Assist customers in booking sessions, selecting astrologers, and navigating our platform. Troubleshoot complaints or technical issues with a helpful and solution-oriented approach. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and keep clients informed about updates, promotions, and services. Coordinate with astrologers and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome. Strong communication skills with an empathetic and professional demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive or personal topics with discretion. Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
