Job Description

Job description Candidate should have an experience in inbound calls or any other banking related experience in call centre. Candidate should speak languages Malayalam, Hindi, English. Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to go off-script when necessary Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request, including follow-ups with escalation team Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: 09:00 to 06:00/ Sundays Week off Ability to commute/relocate: Ulsoor, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent High school diploma, -related education or certification is a plus.
