Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to potential or existing customers to generate leads and follow up on inquiries. Handle incoming customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. Accurately update and manage customer information in MS Excel or CRM tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the sales and customer service team. Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and messages as per follow-up schedules. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, queries, or complaints. Share feedback from customers to relevant teams for service/product improvements. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer care or telesales role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Energetic, persuasive, and confident with a positive attitude. Ability to handle pressure and meet call and sales targets. Must be punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
