Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions and support internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage customer records efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Any degree.
• Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Basic understanding of customer accounts and billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on receivables and customer feedback to management.
