Role: Customer Care Executive / UK Survey Process Executive

Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: 0–1 year to 0–3 years in outbound UK survey or international voice campaigns—freshers with relevant communication skills are also welcome

Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduates .

Skills: Strong verbal communication in English (UK accent a plus), basic computer/CRM knowledge

Shift: UK time zone (typically 1 PM–10 PM IST), 5 days a week, fixed week off.

Salary & Benefits

Pay Range: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month (entry-level); ₹10,000–₹25,000/month depending on experience and incentives

What to Expect

Interview Type: Face‑to‑face walk‑in interview, spot joining possible .

Job Tasks: Making outbound survey calls to UK customers using a provided questionnaire, accurately recording responses—non-sales role Placement

Target Audience: Both freshers and experienced candidates (6 months+ in international voice or survey process)

Certifications (if any) or educational documents (12th mark sheet / graduation).
